What is the 30-day money-back guarantee?

If you subscribe and decide Tahana isn't for you, email hello@tahana.app within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. The 30 days begin from your first subscription payment date — not your account creation date. Refunds are not available once this 30-day window has passed, under any circumstances.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again, but your subscription will not be refunded unless you're within the 30-day money-back window.

What happens to my data when I cancel?

Your data remains in your account for 30 days after your subscription ends. During this time you can export everything. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.

Can I use Tahana by myself (not as a household)?

Absolutely. Tahana works great as a personal finance, health, and organization tool even if you live alone. The household sharing features are optional.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. We do not accept PayPal, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency at this time.

Do prices change?
